Question

I efiled my taxes. but when I login to turbotax it says let's finish where you left off like they haven't been filed. Has anyone else experienced

When I first attempted to file it said transmission did not go through because a return with my ss# has already been sent in. I waited 2 days and tried again and it said the transmission was successful Now it says let's pick up where you left off like they didn't go through
