Don't know what the rest of your question is and you need to re ask it.

One reason is the IRS changed the withholding tables so you got more in your checks during the year instead of a big refund.  And there are other tax changes.  And any dependents you have are a year older.  If you made more income that can reduce some credits you got like the EIC.

I recently filed my taxes with TurboTax online as I have done so in the past 5 years this year's refund off Lilo and said I owed money to the state because I hadn't paid in enough I always feel the same way every year I double checked my refunds by doing them on paper two times both times my paper refunds matched up and were quite a big difference in refund my question is if I made this mistake online will TurboTax be able to find it and correct it

Since you already filed your tax return, you would have to prepare an amended return to correct it. I suggest you compare your return filed on paper with a print out of the return filed with Turbotax. You should be able to identify where the difference is and if necessary, make a correction in TurboTax and then file your amended return to correct everything.

You will find an amend return option on your home page in TurboTax. There is no charge for the amended return.
