I entered ALL my information and made payment, but it is not giving me the file option. When will the IRS allow me to file??

Again, I have entered ALL information needed and it was accepted, it states what my expected refund is, yet it is not giving me a tab to click file.

The IRS will not be accepting returns until January 29.
