I entered I passed away but it was Charles who passed away. I can't seem to correct this. Help

Go to the Personal Info tab, and correct it there.

Go to the Personal Info tab, and correct it there.

If correcting the entry in Personal Info does not take care of the problem then you can clear the return and start over.
Click on My Account at the top of the online program screen.  Click on Clear & Start Over.
