Question

I entered my AGI as it shows in my transcript and 1040 form but the irs keeps rejecting it.

Will I have to mail it?

    The IRS may not have your 2023 AGI in their database.  Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2023 AGI and e-file again.

    Try using zero.   If zero does not work, then file by mail.
