I entered my mailing address but my living address was different.. And i wasnt asked to provide a living address if different from my mailing

The person i lived with claimed me as a dependent on his taxes so how do i file this properly

You can really enter in any address that you want on your return, but most people would put their mailing address down. When you are working on your return you will need to make sure when you get to the question 'can you be claimed as a dependent on another return' you need to indicate yes.
