I entered my tax information for 2022 but wasn't to pay for filing it. I have a payment plan set up but IRS has no record?

You should be able to go to the IRS website and create or log in to your account at this link.

Once you are in your account you'll be able to see all the prior year tax returns as well as any balances that you owe.
