I faxed in my 1095a and 8962 how long will it be before it is processed? 2-9-16

The IRS says it can take up to 9 weeks. It is completely up to them now.

I am in this same boat but I need to know how to do this with turbo tax and where I fax too?

I was in the same situation last year. Filed my return in March. Faxed 8962 and 1095a to IRS in early April. Got my refund in September. 😞 (and that was after contacting the Taxpayer Advocate Service and my congressman)

Could u post a copy of letter and possibly the fax number

If you received a letter from IRS then the detailed instructions and fax number will be in the letter you received. (The instructions include information on how to correctly fax the requested information so it is routed to your case. My letter from last year would do you no good). If you have NOT received a letter from the IRS but your refund is on hold, you will just need to wait patiently. 😞

I have that same time, I was able to order transcripts on 3/6 and spoke to a representative who said my refund was approved however WMR is still showing being processed. Did you enter the new or old amount?
