I feel bad cause i fraudulently claimed my friends children on my 2019 taxes without them knowing and I was wondering if they will still get the stimulus checks for their children

What?!!!!! No, if you claimed their children they will not get the stimulus money.  You have commited tax fraud by claiming their children.  Confess what you did to them so they have some chance of getting it sorted out with the IRS.  What you did was outrageous if you have not been supporting them.
