I filed 2018 tax using CD version. How do I import 2018 tax data into 2019 online version? There are schedule E information I need to carry over.

Actually it IS possible--if you still have the *.tax2018 data file.

Open your 2019 online return.
Once it is open, go to the left menu column and click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
In the Tools window, choose "Transfer last year's TurboTax return from your computer."
It will ask "Are you sure?" since it will have to clear your started online return in order to transfer.
When you say "yes" to continue, it will then ask you for the location of the *.tax2018 data file on your computer, and then will upload it to transfer it into a new 2019 online return.
