I filed an extention married filing joint and it was accepted however when I search my wife's social it does not show any record. Is she also getting extention? Thank you

Yes, you should have listed her social security number as the spouse on your form 4868 automatic extension of time to file. Therefore, she is receiving the extension of time to file. When you look up the record for the extension your social security will show up because you are the primary taxpayer. Please view the screenshot of Form 4868 below for reference.
