Question

I filed in February, and it is now May and the IRS site still says it is processing. What can I do? I've tried to call, but there is no live support.

Unfortunately, all you can do is wait for the IRS to resume operations, which will hopefully be soon.  

 

IRS live telephone assistance is currently unavailable due to COVID-19. Normal operations will resume when possible. Tax help is available 24 hours a day on IRS.gov.
