I filed my 2018 taxes on paper. Because I filed my state taxes incorrect on paper I was changed500$ which I paid. I would like refile my 2018 ST tax to regain this money

It sounds like you need to amend your return to make a correction to your 2018 tax return.

If so, you can do so by following the instructions in the following link.

Amended returns also cannot be electronically filed. They need to be mailed in.
