I filed my federal return and it was rejected. I have an amount in 66b - nontaxable combat pay. I don't know how it got there, but I can't delite it?

Return to your W-2 under Wages & Income on your Federal return.  Review each W-2 in your return - non-taxable combat pay is Code Q in the Box 12 entries, and you will need to correct the entry to the proper code.

This should resolve your issue.
