can't do anything until your return is processed. then you can file an amended return. BUT don't see how there can be a child listed on your return. first without a valid SSN and name you could never successfully efile. second if you listed yourself as the "child" that too would prevent efiling. third with a dependent, head of household would be the filing status

are you sure it's not just saying there's 1 exemption which is you.

if you listed a child the name and ssn would be below the number of exemptions
