I filed my taxes but I didn’t mail them off yet , do I need to mail them off in order to get the immolation package

If you e-filed you do not have to mail anything.  If you are filing by mail, you have to mail it yourself.  TurboTax does not mail your return for you.  Either your 2018 or 2019 return will be looked at to determine whether you get a stimulus check--so it would be a good idea to get your return filed.
