I filed my taxes but it says I need form 8995 and it's not available. How long does it take to get form 8995?

I have a business and it says I need form 8995, apparently turbo tax doesn't have this form. I want to know why and how long does it take to get this form.

The IRS has not yet finalized the Form 8995 or the form instructions for tax year 2020.  The form is estimated to be available on 02/04/2021 (subject to change)
