Question

I filed my taxes last month with Turbo and I owe $264.00 on my Federal tax. Will I be sent a bill to pay it or what?

No, you will not be sent a bill.  If you indicated that you would pay by mail, TurboTax would have created a 1040-V payment voucher you for you to print and mail to the IRS with a check.  You can pay the IRS online by going to IRS - Pay my Taxes.  You can pay by credit card or bank draft.  You can also go to IRS.gov and print a blank Form 1040-V to mail.
