I filed my taxes last night. I keep getting rejected because of wrong DOB in Data base, but my DOB is totally correct. Please help

Please first verify that the TurboTax software is showing your birthday in  U.S date format (month/date/year).

 

If it is correct in this format in the software, you will need to verify that the Social Security Administration has your birthday listed correctly in their systems.

 

To contact the Social Security Administration (SSA), call 1-800-772-1213. 

 

If your birthday is correctly listed with the SSA, you may wish to also verify that records are accurate at the IRS by calling 1-800-829-1040. 

 

If your records are correct with both agencies, you will need to file your return by mail this year.
