I filed my taxes this year already and didnt file last year will that effect the speed my tax return will come in

No, the fact you did not file a tax return should not affect the speed your tax return will come in. However, if you have any taxes due from past years the IRS may withhold the taxes due from any refund you may be getting this year. It is also possible that you are due a refund from last year’s tax return and if you are you can only get the refund by filing your tax return for last year.
