I filed my taxes with turbo tax was expecting big pay back never got turbo tax said it's not there fault I didn't get it was it's fault how can I get that money

We cannot see your tax return. We do not know what "big payback" you were expecting or how much you received. Could you please provide some details? What tax year is this about? Are you talking about your 2021 refund or are you talking about the most recent tax refund for 2022?
