I filed with option to debit from my bank account however when I print my taxes I get vouchers to be mailed to IRS , why am I being asked to mail vouchers of payments

if I selected to debit my taxes owed from bank account directly when I filed why am I being asked to mail payment voucher to IRS and when will my bank debit happen

Look at the vouchers carefully. Do they say "1040ES" and have 2021 dates on them? Those vouchers are for paying estimated quarterly tax for the 2021 tax year, to help you avoid a big tax bill next year for 2021 and avoid an underpayment penalty. If you expect to owe at least $1000 at tax time next year, using those vouchers can help you pay some 2021 tax ahead of time and avoid a big bill next year.

You are not required to use them, so if you do not anticipate a big tax bill next year, toss them out.
