I filed with Turbo tax last year but I cannot remember my ID password or email address that I used but I need it to file for this year what can I do

I do not have the same phone number as well I've changed it twice And I do not remember the phone number that I had

You can start a new account and file your tax return for 2019.

You do not have to use the same account. The advantage of using the same account is to have your information update from one year to the next and to have access to your prior year's tax returns.
