I finished my federal and state return but I cannot figure out how to get to the cf 1040 to finish my Grand Rapids city return?

When you prepared your state income tax return, you would have selected the box to generate Form CT 1040 for Grand Rapids.

 

City returns prepared in TurboTax

 

However this form will need to be printed out as you are correct, it is not submitted with your state tax return.

 

Please see the following link for instructions on how to print out your city return if you did not print it out when you filed your income tax returns.
