Question

I finished my taxes, yet I received an email saying I hadn't?

It says only 3 days left sign back in and file them.

Did you get a confirmation that they were accepted?  If not, then log back in and double check to be sure they were not rejected when you submitted them.  Also, be sure you submitted your state returns as well.
