Question

I get an error message (error 21453864800) when I try to update Turbo Tax and the screen freezes. Anyone else have that problem and if so, what can I do to fix it?

I get the same problem almost every time I have to update TT. Re-starting TT doesnt seem to help. The only answer I found is to do a manual update. See att file.

I did not get any error message. Instead, TT froze and I had to terminate and restart. Upon termination, TT did prompt for saving the return, which is a good thing. After the restart, it works fine.
