Question

I get to step 2 ' your refund info' complete this section then get into step 3 ' efile' and once I decline sharing my info with a third party it starts step 2 over again.

I have completed the review process and it says I'm good to go. I've tried to go through step 2 & 3 6 times under the 'File' section and keep getting kicked back to step 2.

    You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window
    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
