Question

I get to step 3 of File, but TT says that information like state and zip are missing, and a "Go to My Info" button is displayed. When I go there everything is correct?

After reviewing my address info to verify everything is correct, I return to File and it again prohibits me from filing and says "Oops, it looks like we're missing some of your personal information like state and zip
You can go back to My Info and add that information now."...I've done it 5 times now.
