Question

I get to the end of my tax return and it says preview and boom my app stops loading that do i do

I get to the end of the tax return, and it says I need to review it before I sign and send it. Then I push the highlighted blue lettering saying “review”, and my screen is white and nothing

You can try the following:

  • Completely shut down your phone or tablet.
  • Restart your phone or tablet.
  • Update Google Play/iOS if asked.
  • Relaunch the TurboTax mobile app and try it again.
