Question

I get to the File section and after starting the Federal Return process, the screen just goes blank and nothing appears.

It looks like you may be having computer issues. Refresh your browser and clear out your cookies. If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser's cache. Then try logging out and logging back into TurboTax. You can also try using a different browser. The following FAQs will show you how to do it.
