Contact a live person at TurboTax and ask to be transferred to a billing expert. They are located in Mountain time and do not work on weekends. I have best success with getting connected after 9:00 AM Mountain time on Monday through Friday.

How do I Speak to a Live Person at Turbotax

First of all, you have to dial 1-800-446-8848 (1-800-4-INTUIT)
After that, press 1.
Now, press 1 for the US or press 2 for Canada.
After that, you will automatically connect with the live person from Turbotax.
