I go to add a 1099-misc and receive the "something went wrong" pop up. I've tried multiple browsers and devices. Anyone else experiencing?

The same error is occurring when trying to review an income import. The rest of the return seems to be okay

If it was imported, please delete it and enter it manually (type it in) .

A 1099-MISC can be for so many different things, the program may be having a hard time with it.

I can’t get that far. I go to 1099 misc under other income and click the + to add another 1099 misc and get the something went wrong pop up. I’ve had this issue on every device I’ve tried (computer, mobile web, mobile app)

Did you delete the 1099-MISC first?

HERE are the steps to delete forms using TurboTax Online.

Look for the 1099-MISC, delete it and then see if you are able to re-enter it.

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.
