I got a email that told me to login. When I login I I get page to start a file .I have already filed.why am igetti g emails to file m1040 2020?

There is a possibility you have more then one user name associated with your email address.  In a previous year, you could have filed with a different user name associated with your email address in TurboTax.   Or you may have multiple emails and you used a different email to file in TurboTax.  That would explain why you are getting email still sent to you.  TurboTax takes security very seriously.  If you feel there might be some identity issues visit the link below for help.

 Note also after you have filed your return, no one would be able to file a tax return using your personal information.  The IRS would reject back any returns that may include your personal identifiable information.
