I got a letter from the IRS saying owe $315.00 I used your program --what do I do Now

    For what tax year?  What type of letter?  There should be a CP or LTR number in the right corner.

     

       What is the IRS saying was wrong?   What did they ask you to do, other than to pay the amount due?   Do you agree or disagree with the IRS claim, or do you need help figuring out the letter and how to respond?

     

    Did you purchase the optional Audit Defense or MAX benefits for the tax year in question?
