I got a letter in the mail from TurboTax saying I need to use a scheduling link to book appointment with a tax expert because there might be a problem with my 2023 return

I got a letter in the mail from TurboTax said there might be an issue with my tax return and I need to use schedule link to book an appointment with the tax expert but I don't have any schedule and it didn't come in the letter or anything at least somebody help me

Did you use live help for preparation of your 2023 return? This would likely be the only way Turbotax would know of an error in a return because it's supposed to know nothing about what is in self-prepared returns.
