No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

No, TurboTax account fee for the current tax year editions have to be paid with a credit or debit card.  Or if you have a federal tax refund, for a $40 service charge, you can request to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund.
