Question

I got a notification that if I file my taxes today I will get 20% off. I talked to the call centre representative this morning and he was unable to help.How do I do that?

The representative told me I do have the discount and I will be able to find it on the website, but I couldn’t and he didn’t know how to help me either. What should I do?
