I got an email from turbo tax saying my taxes were rejected. How do I fix them and how do i know it's not a scam?

When did you receive this email? An Accepted or Rejected email is only sent if the tax return was e-filed.

A 2020 tax return cannot be e-filed until January 2021 so you could not have received an email for tax year 2020.

Is the email referencing tax year 2019 that you e-filed earlier this year?
