I would pretty much ignore all emails with that . Sounds like someone wants to sell you something or take something from you.

Did the email appear to be from TurboTax/Intuit?  What was the sender's address?    If you're concerned about whether it's legit or a phishing attempt, you can forward a copy with headers intact to spoof@intuit.com .   In the meantime, don't click on any links, download attachments, etc.

However, did you purchase the optional MAX Benefits?  Or if in California, Premium Services?   if so, perhaps it's reminding you of those.

FAQ:  What is Premium Services?  (California only)

If you are in California and choose to pay your product fees out of your Federal refund, that option is bundled with Premium Services.

I added some additional info above about some precautions you should take with the email.

If you have concerns about it, here's how to reach TurboTax Support during business hours:

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.

I heard back from a Moderator today.   The folks at TurboTax would like to examine the email you received to see if it's legit.   If you haven't already done so, please forward a copy of the email with headers intact to Intuit Security at https://security.intuit.com/ .

Also, if you can make a screen shot of the email, you can attach it in a response here so the Moderators can review it.  If you do make an image, then since this is a public Internet forum be sure to redact any personal or sensitive info that shows, such as your name, email address, etc.

In the meantime, do not click on any links in the email and don not download any attachments.
