I got an email stating that more than one account contains my information. What does that mean?

It sounds like you have more than one account created, possibly the same email address but different usernames. 

 

Please follow the instructions here to access your Intuit account, and try the account recovery. That will allow you to see all the user ID's associated with your email address.
