I got married in the year, how can I link up my historical tax information with my husbands so they pull automatically?

    Merge multiple accounts (newly married)

TTax does not allow multiple accounts to be combined into one account (or to split a single account into multiple accounts).

TTax does not permit an account to be closed or merged.  Your only option is to make sure you pick one account and use it all of the time.  You cannot delete any return per se, however you can manually delete all of the information in a return, and simply abandon that login ID .

You will have to manually add the information from one account to the account you have chosen to retain.  Generally it is better to pick the more complicated account and manually add the information from the other account.

The IRS does not care whose name appears first.  However, once you select which name is the 'Taxpayer' and which is the 'Spouse' the IRS wants you to keep the same sequence year after year.

In order to access your information from previous year(s), you must sign in using the exact same User ID and password.
