I got rejected because my dependents information does not match the IRS info. But I checked and everything is correct!

I do not understand why the records do not match.

If you are 110% (not 100) sure and you e-filed, then mail now instead of e-filing again and send copies of the Socials and Birth Certificates with the tax return.

Be sure that the last name and DOB is exactally so it in on the Social Security card.

If that is correct then there might be an error in the Social Security data base that the IRS uses to match. You will probably have to print and paper file this year since it takes months to clear up errors in the IRS database.

Contact the Social Security Administration to see if their records are correct.
