Question

I got rejected using my imported 2019 AGI, have tried the $0 trick, got rejected again. Should I try my imported 2019 AGI again?

I would try again. If it doesn't work, you can get your AGI from the IRS by requesting a free Tax Transcript.  With this you can verify what the IRS has on record for your AGI.  To get a free Tax Transcript go to:  Get Free Tax Transcript

 

Sometimes the IRS rejects e-files due to incorrect AGI, when the AGI is correct.  When this occurs, the only option is to print and mail your tax returns.
