Question

I got the stimulus check on a GreenDot card that I no longer have I can't get into my account because I don't know my password they're not sending me my password

Can I put my stimulus check on another card not the Green Dot card cuz I don't have that one

You will need to contact the Green Dot card by calling 888-285-4169 for assistance. 

 

You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
