I got to the end of filing my taxes through the turbo tax app and my phone screen has said "saving data" for 10 minutes now. Is my return still complete?

Your tax return is not completed until you select transit returns now.

 

You can try the following:

  1. Completely shut down your phone or tablet.
  2. Restart your phone or tablet.
  3. Update Google Play/iOS if asked.
  4. Relaunch the TurboTax mobile app and try it again
