I moved in the same state and had the same job from when I filed taxes last year so a lot of my info stayed the same. Do I leave my occupation title or change it to unemployed?

If you moved out more than 6 months ago,  and you paid your own way.  You can claim yourself as a dependent and your mom should not.

You should file your own taxes, even if your income isn't subject to tax.  You may get a refund, and future stimulus checks may be based on it.

You will have to re-enter your personal information.  That will get you started with your tax return.
