Question
I had all intention to file my 2022 taxes with Turbo Tax but was redirected to National Tax Prep by Turbo Tax to get my 2021 AGI number & gross income & charge me $1000
I agreed to pay a tax pro for help with my taxes. I called National Tax Prep today the lady was so rude & told me all forms were signed so basically I was going to pay that HUGE amount 2 file.. When I asked to talk 2 a supervisor she hung up on me. I want answers and I want the charge taken off of my return.
