My father claimed me in 2018 and I was unaware so I had to contact the IRS and when they told me this they sent me my transcripts with the correct AGI to enter but when I received it and tried to enter it in the nonfilers portal it told me o had to many unsuccessful attempts and said I had to mail in a return. I filed a 2019 tax return even tho I hadnt worked and everything was $0. Turbotax said that the IRS received my return and had all the information they needed, yet I still have not deceived a stimulus payment. I filed my taxes in April of 2020. Does any know why I haven't received anything or what I could do to try and figure this out? Would appreciate any advice. I'm struggling and could really use the stimulus check before I lose everything I have left which isn't much

The Stimulus Check is really based on your 2020 return we are filing in 2021.  So any amount you already got will be reconciled on your 2020 return line 30.  If you didn't get a Stimulus Check (and qualify) or you qualify for more it will be added to your 2020 return.  But the good news is if they paid you too much they won't take it back.

When you go through the federal review tab it will ask how much you got if any.  Or to enter your stimulus payment in TurboTax, type "stimulus" (without the quotes) in the Search box, then click the link that says "Jump to stimulus."

See this thread, it has good information and a screen shot
