I had ( or so I thought ) filed my 2009 married filing jointly with TurboTax, however the IRS keeps telling us we did not file, How can I get this fixed?

The computer I had the information saved to has crashed and I no longer remember the account information I used that year when I created the account, I created a new account this past year and no prior information came up. Please help as we do not know what to do at this point.

Accessing your prior year tax return(s) will depend on how you filed them

If you used a TurboTax Desktop (Windows or Mac), your prior year tax return should be stored on your local computer.

Is it possible that you have multiple TurboTax Online accounts, or need help recovering user ids and passwords?

While not impossible, I do find it hard to fathom why the IRS is bugging you *Now* for a tax return from almost 10 years ago. Generally, they only go that far back if they have reasonable cause to suspect fraud. But you can use the tool at https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ to recover any accounts you may have. Try all e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and all user ID's that you even "THINK" you may have used.
