I had to delete my state info because it wouldn't let me efile, but I've already paid and now its charging me again?

That's probably because you had finished the state return and indicated that you wanted to file it. Then, you deleted it so it's like you are starting another return.

 

You will have to contact TurboTax and explain what happened to get a refund or credit for the return you are working on now. You can reach TurboTax as follows:
